Job summary

Vinyltech is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop and drive growth across the Texas territory. You will build strong distributor and municipal relationships, present technical solutions, and manage pricing and quotes to maximize profit margins.

The role requires proven inside sales experience, strong communication, and knowledge of PVC products. Travel to customer sites and trade shows is expected as part of regional growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Inside sales and territory management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with PVC products and distribution channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement localized sales strategies to achieve targets and expand Vinyltech’s customer base within Texas.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing distribution customers while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular, in-person visits with distributors, municipalities, engineers, and contractors to understand project needs and provide technical solutions.
• Establish territory pricing to support volume and profit margin goals; collaborate with Inside Sales to ensure accurate orders.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and sales presentations; follow up on open jobs and active bids by phone and email.
