Job summary

Vinyltech Corporation in Texas is seeking an experienced sales professional to expand our distributor and contractor network. You will develop localized strategies, visit customers in person, and provide technical solutions to projects that require PVC products and related systems.

Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Travel within the territory and collaboration with Inside Sales are essential to meet targets and drive

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, territory management, or a related field, preferably within construction or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with PVC products and distribution channels preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement localized sales strategies to achieve targets and expand Vinyltech’s customer base within Texas.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing distribution customers while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular, in-person visits with distributors, municipalities, engineers, and contractors to understand project needs and provide technical solutions.
• Establish territory pricing to support volume and profit margin goals; collaborate with Inside Sales for accurate orders.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and sales presentations; follow up on open bids by phone and email.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales on pricing, quotes, and backlog management.
• Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and monthly volume and pricing forecasts.
