Job summary

Uponor is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across commercial and residential markets in Texas. This remote role covers the state, with ideal candidates in San Antonio or nearby.

You will manage key contractor accounts, forecast pipelines in SFDC, and collaborate with National Accounts to execute corporate strategies locally. The position requires 5–7 years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and travel up to 30% monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of related sales experience.
• Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market.
• Experience in wholesale distribution and independent manufacturer rep model preferred.
• Excellent communication, planning and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 30% monthly.
• English and Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing the Market Plan.
• Creates an account development plan for Top 10 Target Contractor accounts.
• Manages project pipeline in SFDC for visibility and forecast.
• Works closely with National Accounts Team to align with corporate initiatives.
• Keeps SFDC updated and logs regular F2F meetings with accounts.
• Conducts training to drive awareness of Uponor’s value proposition.
• Seeks opportunities to contribute to the business’ success.
