Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B sales within construction materials or plumbing products, and can manage a sales territory, build relationships with contractors and distributors, and travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and developing new accounts.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and sales pipeline.
• Must be based in or near Dallas, Texas.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Gallagher Recruiting is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to expand sales of PVC pipes and related products throughout Texas.

This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated B2B sales professional with experience in construction materials, plumbing supplies, industrial products, or related industries.

We're looking for someone who enjoys developing new business, building relationships with contractors and distributors, and managing a sales territory with a high degree of independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B customers throughout Texas.
• Develop relationships with contractors, distributors, builders, plumbers, and other industry professionals.
• Promote and sell PVC piping and related products.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for new business.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and customer meetings.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Travel locally to meet with customers and develop business relationships.
