Gallagher Recruiting LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand sales of PVC pipes and related products across Texas. The role offers remote/territory-based work with a high degree of independence for a self-motivated B2B sales professional.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B sales within construction materials or plumbing products, and can manage a sales territory, build relationships with contractors and distributors, and travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and developing new accounts.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and sales pipeline.
• Must be based in or near Dallas, Texas.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B customers throughout Texas.
• Develop relationships with contractors, distributors, builders, and plumbers.
• Promote and sell PVC piping and related products.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and meetings.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Maintain customer records and pipeline in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product delivery and satisfaction.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity.
• Travel locally to meet customers and build business.
