JIE USA Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager for Texas to drive growth across the Central U.S. region.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify OEM customers and distributors, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will build strong relationships with customers, understand applications, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver power transmission solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in an industrial, machinery, OEM or related industry.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or distributor sales.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, develop customer relationships, and manage the sales process independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Territory Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand JIE USA's market presence throughout the Central U.S. region.
• New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new OEM customers, distributors, and industrial end users within the assigned territory.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, and closing.
• Product Consultation: Understand customer applications and collaborate with internal technical teams to recommend appropriate power transmission solutions.
• Distributor Development: Identify and establish relationships with new distribution partners while supporting existing distributor networks.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer activity records, forecasts, and regular progress updates.
