Job summary

JIE USA, INC. is seeking an experienced District Sales Manager to drive growth in mechanical power transmission products, focusing on OEM customers and distributor partnerships.

The role demands a strong technical sales background and the ability to build strategic relationships with decision makers in target industries. The position requires extensive travel (approximately 50–70%), with responsibilities spanning regional sales strategy, channel development, and application engineering support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• 5-10+ years of industrial B2B sales experience.
• Proven success selling through OEMs and industrial distribution.
• Experience with industrial gear reducers, gearmotors, mechanical power transmission, or related products.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional OEM sales strategies and manage key OEM accounts.
• Cultivate channel partner relationships with distributors and manufacturer representatives.
• Identify opportunities to penetrate key industries (Material Handling, Food & Beverage, Automotive, etc.).
• Lead negotiations including pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
• Maintain CRM-based dashboards and report territory progress.
• Provide technical sales support, sizing, and product recommendations.
