Job summary

JIE USA, INC. is seeking a District Sales Manager for Texas to grow our market share in the Central U.S. region.

You will identify OEMs, distributors, and key end users, while building strong relationships and driving profitable sales in a field-based role. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, managing the full sales cycle, presenting power transmission solutions, and collaborating with engineering and operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in an industrial, machinery, OEM or related industry.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or distributor sales.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Territory development and execution of sales strategies across Central U.S.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new OEM customers and distributors.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, quotations, negotiations, closing.
• Provide product consultation and collaborate with internal teams to ensure best power transmission solutions.
• Travel within assigned territory to visit customers and attend industry events.
