Job summary

JIE USA is seeking a District Sales Manager for Texas to expand market presence, develop new OEM relationships, and manage key accounts across the Central U.S. You will drive the full sales cycle, partner with engineering for suitable power transmission solutions, and travel regularly within the territory.

The role emphasizes strategic account growth, distributor development, and strong customer engagement to achieve annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in power transmission or OEM.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or distributor sales.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand JIE USA's market presence in Texas and Central U.S.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new OEM customers, distributors, and end users.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, quotes, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product applications and delivery.
• Travel throughout the territory to visit customers and attend industry events.
• Provide regular updates on pipelines, forecasts, and market feedback.
