Job summary

JIE USA, INC. is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive growth in the Mechanical Power Transmission sector in the US market. This role focuses on OEM account development and expanding channel partner relationships across defined territories.

The candidate will work with engineering, purchasing, and operations teams to deliver tailored power transmission solutions and manage long-term contracts and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5-10+ years of industrial B2B sales experience.
• Proven success selling through OEMs and industrial distribution.
• Experience with gear reducers, gearmotors, or power transmission products is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional OEM sales strategies and programs.
• Manage strategic OEM accounts from concept through production.
• Build and nurture distributor/channel partner relationships.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing and contracts.
• Provide application engineering support to customers and partners.
• Maintain CRM data and reporting on territory performance.
