Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks an Area Manager – IH / DHW to lead Texas demand generation, spec influence, and revenue growth for Intellihot / DHWL products. You will coordinate with Engineering, Marketing and Support to tailor programs for the territory and drive pipeline.

The role requires deep technical credibility in commercial condensing tankless heaters, boilers and related equipment, plus experience managing rep agencies and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; 10+ years selling engineered HVAC/ plumbing products preferred.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.
• Experience managing indirect rep agency networks and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own demand generation strategy and pipeline growth for IH/DHWL in Texas.
• Manage independent rep agencies, set targets and coaching cadences.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Marketing and Support to localize initiatives.
• Maintain territory CRM data and report on KPIs.
