Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks an Area Manager for IH in the Mid-South region to drive demand for Intellihot/DHWL products. This role coordinates engineering, product management, marketing and technical support to localize initiatives and grow the qualified pipeline.

The candidate will manage independent rep agencies, monitor KPIs, and lead technical discussions with engineers and large accounts while traveling 50-75% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience selling technical/engineered products in HVAC, boiler, water heating or plumbing/mechanical industries preferred.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs (not just quota/rep management).
• Experience managing indirect/third-party rep agency networks.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization coordinating across engineering, product management, marketing and support functions.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL products across the territory.
• Set and track demand-gen KPIs and report regularly.
• Partner with Marketing on local demand-gen programs for trade shows, chapters, contractor and engineer training.
• Identify opportunities via market intelligence and prioritize demand-gen activities.
• Maintain a monthly regional demand forecast.
