Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years selling technical/engineered products.
• Experience with indirect rep networks.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of the commercial construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and territory pipeline growth.
• Manage independent rep agencies and review performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Support.
• Lead technical conversations on product sizing and applications.
• Maintain CRM/funnel processes and report KPIs.
