Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks an Area Sales Manager for the Intellihot/DHWL platform in Texas. You will own demand generation, manage rep networks, and coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive pipeline and revenue.
The role requires deep technical fluency in commercial condensing tankless water heaters, boilers, and related HVAC equipment, plus the ability to lead through influence and build relationships with contractors,
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years selling technical engineered products in HVAC or related industries.
- Experience owning demand generation and managing independent rep networks.
Mansioni
- Own demand generation strategy and pipeline growth across the Texas territory.
- Manage independent rep agencies and coach performance.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Support to localize initiatives.
- Maintain CRM funnel and report on pipeline and KPIs.
