Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is seeking an Area Manager – IH / DHW to drive revenue growth in Texas. You will own demand generation, pipeline development, and revenue for Intellihot / DHWL products, coordinating with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Support.

You will manage independent rep agencies, build specifications, and lead campaigns with contractors and engineers. The role requires deep technical knowledge and strong leadership in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.
• Experience selling technical engineered products in HVAC or related industries is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Support teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Texas demand generation strategy and execution for IH/DHWL products.
• Manage Texas rep agencies, set targets, review performance, and drive accountability.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Marketing and Customer/Technical Support to localize programs.
• Maintain and report on regional demand forecast and KPIs.
• Support pricing discussions and territory-level program execution.
