Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Mid-South region to drive demand generation, manage independent rep agencies, and coordinate internal resources. The role requires deep technical knowledge of commercial condensing tankless water heaters and related HVAC equipment, with significant travel.

The position emphasizes pipeline growth, specification win rate, and revenue growth across the territory, reporting to the Director of Sales – DHW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience selling technical/engineered products in HVAC or related industries.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and pipeline growth for Intellihot/DHWL in the territory.
• Manage independent rep agencies and drive accountability for sales performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Support) to execute territory plans.
• Lead technical discussions with engineers, designers, and large accounts.
• Travel 50-75% to support reps and customers.
