The role emphasizes technical credibility in condensing tankless water heaters and related HVAC equipment, with travel 50–75% and territory ownership across TN, AL, MS, AR, and LA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years selling technical/engineered products in HVAC/boiler or plumbing industries.
• Experience with demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL in the Mid-South.
• Manage independent rep agencies; set targets and review cadences.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Support) for territory initiatives.
• Maintain CRM/sales funnel and report pipeline and KPIs.
• Provide input on pricing and competitive dynamics; support technical specification opportunities.
