Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Intellihot in the Mid-Atlantic to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue across DHW products. You will coordinate with engineering, marketing, and reps to localize programs and win specifications.

Bring 10+ years in technical sales of HVAC or plumbing equipment, plus strong expertise with rep networks and CRM. Travel 50-75% and reside in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years selling technical engineered products in HVAC or plumbing.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and pipeline growth for Intellihot/DHWL in the Mid-Atlantic.
• Manage independent rep agencies, coach performance, and drive targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Marketing, and Support.
• Lead technical conversations, sizing, and pricing for engineered opportunities.
• Maintain CRM funnel and report on pipeline and KPIs.
