Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Intellihot in the Mid-Atlantic. Lead demand generation, coordinate with engineering, product management and marketing, and manage independent rep agencies to drive revenue growth.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of condensing tankless water heaters and related HVAC equipment, plus a proven ability to build pipeline and win specifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience selling technical engineered products in HVAC, boiler, water heating, or plumbing industries.
• Demonstrated experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs.
• Experience managing an indirect/third-party rep agency network.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization coordinating across functions.
• Knowledge of the commercial construction industry and engineered sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Own the demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL across the territory.
• Set and track demand-gen KPIs for the territory (pipeline, win rate, funnel, opportunities).
• Partner with Marketing to design, localize, and execute demand-gen programs.
• Use market intelligence to identify and prioritize demand-gen opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a monthly regional demand forecast.
• Coordinate with Engineering on technical support for opportunities and issues.
• Provide training materials to reps and engineers and ensure effective rollout.
