Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the IH/DHWL platform in Texas. You will own demand generation, manage independent rep agencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth across IH/DHWL products in Texas.

You will work with engineering, product management, marketing and support to tailor programs for the Texas market, train reps and contractors, and ensure that technical specifications translate into orders while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience selling technical/engineered products in HVAC, commercial boiler, water heating, or plumbing/mechanical industries.
• Experience owning demand generation or marketing-adjacent programs (not just quota/rep management).

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and execution for Intellihot/DHWL in Texas; pipeline growth, spec penetration, revenue in-territory.
• Manage independent rep agencies; set targets and coaching cadence; ensure rep performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Support to localize initiatives and support sizing, pricing, and specifications.
• Lead technical conversations with engineers, designers, and large accounts on product sizing, selection, and applications.
• Maintain CRM/town-reporting for pipeline and KPIs; contribute to regional price management.
