Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth in a designated territory. You will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines through select distribution partners and collaborate with underwriters to meet financial objectives.

The role requires leading strategic, data-driven business plans, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver effective sales and marketing strategies. Will travel up to 40% and must reside in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience in P&C or related fields.
• Experience with P&C distribution partners in farm, ranch or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and formalize new P&C distribution partnerships within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to align objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct partner visits and business reviews to assess performance and collaboration.
• Establish Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory.
