Job summary

Farm Family seeks a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth across a designated area. You will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines through key distribution partners, while coordinating with Annuity Distribution to hit targets.

Travel up to 40% is required, and you will lead strategic business plans, partner insights, and cross-functional collaboration to meet profitability goals and enhance partner engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years experience with P&C distribution partners in farm & ranch and/or commercial lines is preferred.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by targeting P&C partnerships within the territory and formalizing new relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong distribution partner relationships to foster growth and engagement.
• Lead strategic sales and marketing plans, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with underwriting standards.
