Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth within a designated territory through sales, service, and risk management with distribution partners. You will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines, coordinating with the Annuity Distribution team to meet targets.

In partnership with the Regional Field Executive, you will advise on product, pricing, and marketing plans, acting as the liaison for distribution partner experiences to support territory goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Six to eight years of experience working with P&C distribution partners in farm and ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting departments to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by identifying and formalizing new P&C distribution partnerships within the territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to align objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct partner visits and business reviews to assess progress and strengthen collaboration.
• Establish the company as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory and communicate product changes to agency partners.
• Develop and implement strategic, data-driven business plans to achieve production and profitability goals and monitor KPIs.
• Lead territory sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and ensure underwriting alignment.
