Farm Family, a leading farm and ranch protection specialist, seeks a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth across a designated U.S. territory.

You will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines through select distribution partners while collaborating with the Annuity team to hit target production and profitability. In partnership with the Regional Field Executive, you will shape product, pricing, and marketing plans, serve as the liaison for partners, and lead cross-functional efforts

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience preferred.
• Experience with P&C distribution partners in farm & ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Mansioni

• Expand distribution by targeting P&C partnerships and formalizing relationships.
• Manage and strengthen partnerships through visits and business reviews.
• Establish Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory.
• Develop strategic, data-driven business plans to hit production and profitability goals.
• Lead territory sales and marketing strategies aligned with underwriting standards.
• Serve as primary contact for distribution partners and represent Farm Family at industry events.
