Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader in the United States to drive profitable P&C growth across a designated territory. You will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines through select distribution partners, collaborating with the Annuity Distribution team to meet targets.

In partnership with Regional Distribution Leaders, you will recommend product and pricing and act as the liaison for distribution partner experience, supporting territory goals. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Six to eight years of experience working with P&C distribution partners in farm and ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting departments to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand Distribution: identify and target P&C distribution partnerships within the assigned territory, formalizing new relationships.
• Relationship Management: develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to align objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish and Compete for Market Share: position Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory, communicating changes and objectives.
• Business Planning: develop and implement data-driven plans to achieve production and profitability goals, monitoring KPIs.
• Enhance Distribution Partner Experience & Effectiveness: collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and improve partner engagement.
• Company Representation: represent Farm Family at industry forums, conferences, and associations.
