• Ability to learn applicable local, state, federal, and third-party regulations.
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with students, faculty, and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Administer exams following standard routines and procedures; monitor testing rooms; notify students or clients of test results as necessary; submit misconduct reports as needed.
• Assist instructors with paperwork related to testing services; ensure testing forms are completed correctly and assigned to proper accounts.
