Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Transcript reflecting required education must be submitted for consideration.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot basic problems in a computerized testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide test administration and support services on campus.
• Administer and monitor a variety of tests including state, national, and institutional.
• Ensure security of test materials and verify eligibility and identity of testing applicants.
• Troubleshoot computer equipment and software as needed.
• Process tests using computerized scanning and scoring equipment.
• Maintain departmental testing files and prepare data for entry into the MIS.
• Retrieve data from mainframe and compile statistical reports.
• Answer telephones, schedule appointments, greet test clients and provide information and materials.
• Operate office and computer equipment and maintain databases and testing suspense files.
• Publicize testing information including schedules and assist with testing logistics.
• Provide guidance to less experienced testing personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
