- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures, languages, and abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear instructions to testing participants and staff.
- Coordinate testing services across campus locations and external partners.
- Ensure testing rules, security, and confidentiality are upheld; report issues to supervisor.
- Proctor exams in computer, paper, and internet-based formats.
