Prometric Ireland Limited is seeking a Test Center Manager in West Philadelphia, PA to oversee daily test center operations, security, staffing, and performance against company standards. You will lead a team of Test Center Administrators, manage costs, and ensure policy compliance while delivering a professional candidate experience.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and the ability to work flexible hours to meet testing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience is a plus.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• One year of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the facilities, operations, and performance at the assigned test center consistently meets Prometric standards and client requirements.
• Plan regular staff schedules and supervise both regular and temporary Test Center Administrators.
• Understand how operating costs impact Prometric's financial drivers and performance metrics.
• Educate staff on KPIs and coach them to achieve targets efficiently.
• Supervise security/verification procedures for test candidates and eligibility checks.
