Job summary

Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator to be the face of our test centers. You will verify candidate identification, monitor exams, enforce policies, and maintain security in a fast-paced environment.

Prometric employs over 600 TCAs worldwide and offers paid training, holidays, and a supportive office setting. This role supports flexible scheduling and emphasizes teamwork and integrity across centers.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience required.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and coworkers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Monitor exams and uphold policies for exam integrity.
• Perform security checks including wand scanning.
• Continuously monitor candidates during exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center.
• Ensure fair and comfortable testing experience for all candidates.
• Escalate incidents outside company guidelines.
• Be flexible with scheduling based on operations.
• Represent Prometric's vision and values.
