• Hire and train new Test Center Administrators.
• Review timesheets and expenses for staff.
• Maintain security systems and keys to facility.
• Represent Prometric professionally.
• Resolve common technical issues.
• Manage testing environment with property management.
• Act as Test Center Administrator when needed.
• Participate in QA and audits.
