Prometric is seeking a Test Center Manager to oversee daily operations at the WEST PHILADELPHIA, PA center, ensuring exam integrity and high service quality. You will manage staff, security, expenses, and facility standards to support world-class testing experiences.

The role requires leadership, scheduling, and training responsibilities, with a focus on cost awareness and policy adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the facilities, operations, and performance at the assigned test center consistently meets the standards of Prometric and its testing clients.
• Plan regular staff schedules and supervise both regular as well as temporary Test Center Administrators.
• Educate staff on the rationale behind the key performance levers for the business and coach staff how to efficiently achieve the targets.
• Supervise security/verification procedures of test candidates arriving for registration, ensuring identification and eligibility are carried out correctly.
