Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• One year of management or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and authoritatively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities and operations meet Prometric standards and client requirements.
• Plan staff schedules and supervise Test Center Administrators.
• Understand test center operating costs and drive performance against metrics.
• Educate staff on KPIs and coach on target achievement.
• Supervise security/verification procedures for candidates.
• Hire and train new Test Center Administrators.
• Review timesheets and expenses for staff.
• Provide security at testing facilities and manage access.
• Represent the organization professionally.
• Assist with technology issues and report irregularities.
• Engage with property management to maintain a safe testing environment.
• Administer tests as a TCA and participate in QA programs.
