Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• One year of management or supervisory experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs (MS Office, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities and operations meet Prometric standards and client expectations.
• Plan staff schedules and supervise both regular and temporary Test Center Administrators.
• Understand how operating costs impact financial and business metrics.
• Educate and coach staff to achieve performance targets.
• Supervise security procedures for candidates and verify eligibility.
• Hire and train new Test Center Administrators.
• Review timesheets and expenses for staff.
• Maintain security systems and access control at the facility.
• Represent the organization professionally in the center environment.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures; participate in QA activities.
