Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX subsidiary in Andover, MA, seeks a Test Engineer on the 2nd shift to support manufacturing testing and qualification activities. You will collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Design to ensure test readiness and resolve issues, while developing robust test procedures and data packages.

The role requires a STEM degree, 2+ years in test engineering, and eligibility for a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure test readiness and issue resolution.
• Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) with test procedures aligned to product specs.
• Partner with Test Equipment Engineering to define and improve test hardware and software.
