Candidates should have a STEM degree with 2+ years in test engineering and the ability to obtain DoD security clearance. The job offers a 12% shift premium and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with 2+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of prior Test Engineering experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Prefer bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong RF knowledge and ability to interpret test requirements and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure test readiness and resolution of test issues.
• Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) and test procedures aligned to product specs.
• Define and improve test hardware and software with Test Equipment Engineering.
• Support production testing and troubleshoot issues; manage hardware under test and test equipment in manufacturing.
• Evaluate non-conforming material and perform RCCA activities.
• Lead cycle-time improvements, ergonomic risk reduction, and automated/cost-reduction initiatives.
