Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of prior Test Engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Design/Engineering, Test Equipment Engineering, and Program Offices to ensure test readiness.
• Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) and test procedures aligned with product specifications.
• Partner with Test Development Engineering to define and improve test hardware and software.
• Support production testing, troubleshoot issues, integrate engineering changes, and manage test equipment in manufacturing.
• Lead RCCA activities, drive cycle-time improvements, and pursue cost reduction using data-driven decisions.
