Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 3 for Roy, UT. You will lead the Lab Design Operations & Test (LDOT) Lab as the Labs SME within the Test & Production Operations BU, coordinating across programs, suppliers, and customers to drive standardized, efficient lab execution.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance and experience with CAM/EVM, managing large-scale projects, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance within scope
• 8+ years IPT and/or program management experience with US Government contracts
• At least 1 year CAM experience with Earned Value Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the BU as the Labs subject matter expert for the Test and Production Operations organization.
• Own BU Labs Centralization, including integration with BU programs, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate across multiple lab teams to drive accelerated execution, standardization, removal of constraints, and compliance across BU labs.
• Lead effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, teams, and efforts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain lab process controls for the BU.
• Ensure lab schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated and are properly resourced for successful execution.
• Coordinate and communicate technical execution, risks, and mitigation plans to cross-discipline teams, government customers, and program leadership.
