Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a senior leader for Test and Training Infrastructure Management in Roy, UT (also ∙ Manhattan Beach, CA or Huntsville, AL). You will own cradle-to-grave site planning, design, and execution, acting as CAM to deliver on cost, schedule, and performance targets while coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of experience, US citizenship, and an active Secret clearance, with EVMS experience and DoD program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years with a Masters.
• US Citizenship with an active Secret Clearance; TS/SCI eligibility may be required.
• Experience in EVMS, DoD programs, and large-scale construction/weapon system integration.

Responsibilities

• Own cradle-to-grave planning, design, and execution of test and training sites.
• Direct CAM for cost, schedule, and performance; manage EVMS baseline and trackers.
• Lead cross-functional design, construction, and field operations teams.
• Liaise with DoD customers, prime contractors, and key suppliers; brief leadership.
• Develop talent, drive hiring and retention, and promote continuous improvement.
• Support proposals, technical reviews, audits and special assignments.
