Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT, seeks a Test Engineering Manager 3 to lead LDOT operations as a Labs SME. You will own BU lab centralization, coordinate with programs, suppliers, and customers, and drive standardized, compliant lab execution across teams.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, EVMS experience, and a track record of managing large-scale IPT programs. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years IPT and/or program management experience or Master's with 6+ years in IPT/program management for US Government contracts
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at application time and able to obtain SAP clearance
• Experience managing large-scale projects and program integration with EVMS

Responsibilities

• Lead Lab Design Operations & Test (LDOT) Labs SME for the Test & Production Operations BU.
• Own BU Labs Centralization and coordinate with programs, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across multiple lab teams to drive execution, standardization, and compliance.
• Manage lab processes, schedules, and resources for successful execution.
• Communicate technical execution, risks, and mitigations to cross-discipline teams and leadership.
