Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with extensive IPT/program management experience on US government contracts.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required at application and SAP readiness within time frame.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead LDOT and cross-functional teams to meet SOWs, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee lab design, operations, MBSE, and test tools with customer interaction.
• Manage risks, changes, and program execution milestones.
