Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineering Manager 3 in Roy, UT to lead lab design, integration and test for the Sentinel program. You will manage a diverse team, interface with customers, and ensure critical milestones are supported by the right infrastructure and equipment.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with SAP eligibility; prior EVMS leadership and CAM certification are highly valued. Strong cross-functional leadership and systems engineering expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience; or Master's degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance; ability to obtain SAP approval.
• Minimum 3 years managing EVMS; CAM certified.
• Experience in Integration and Test Environments; team management and scheduling.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams; customer-facing experience.
• Desired: US Citizenship with active Top Secret or SCI clearance; lab design/build experience.
• Experience with System Integration Lab, hardware/software integration, and test automation.
• Model Based Systems Engineering knowledge including DoDAF and SysML; familiarity with CAMEO.

Responsibilities

• Manage lab and facility design, integration, and test.
• Lead a diverse team of design and system test engineers, technicians and support roles.
• Interface with the customer and manage formal deliverables.
• Ensure infrastructure and equipment align with milestones to support the SOW.
• Direct test, demonstration, and operations activities for Sentinel program milestones.
