Job summary

Solarbridge Technology Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer C&I PCS and ESS for a full-time hybrid role based in Dallas, TX.

The engineer will plan, design, and execute test procedures for power conversion systems and energy storage solutions to ensure performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will create and maintain test cases, perform functional and reliability testing, document results, and collaborate with design, firmware, and product teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience designing and executing test cases for C&I PCS and ESS.
• Experience in functional testing, verification, and validation of hardware and embedded software.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles, power conversion, and energy storage technologies.
• Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and automated test systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis, documentation of test results, and communicating findings to cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and manage multiple test activities with safety focus.
