As a PCS Inverter R&D Engineer at Solarbridge Technology Inc., you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and improving power conversion systems (PCS) and inverter architectures for ESS applications. You will conduct hands-on research and development, build and refine prototypes, perform system-level simulations, and support product validation activities in the lab. Daily work includes creating test plans, executing performance and reliability tests, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into product enhancements. You will work closely with product management and manufacturing to ensure designs meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and cost targets. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with a mix of on-site laboratory and office work and some work-from-home flexibility.
