Job summary

Solarbridge Technology Inc. is seeking a PCS Inverter R&D Engineer in Dallas, TX for full-time, hybrid lab and office work. You will design, analyze, and improve power conversion systems and inverter architectures for ESS applications.

You will build prototypes, run system-level simulations, create test plans, and execute performance and reliability tests. Collaboration with product management and manufacturing ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
• Experience in PCS, inverters, or power electronics R&D.
• Hands-on testing setup, instrumentation, data collection, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to move concepts from feasibility to prototyping and production.
• Familiarity with grid-connected systems and ESS safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and improve PCS and inverter architectures for ESS applications.
