Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the DFW area to drive special‑order sales and grow market share. You’ll train colleagues, maintain stock integrity, and build strong relationships with store managers and staff in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires traveling within North TX and Oklahoma; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus and MS Office/CRM proficiency is expected. Base salary is competitive with incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven direct sales experience in building products or retail.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive 50% of sales through special-order units and select segments.
• Deliver 15% product training and comprehensive MyCD program training.
• Maintain 10% of existing stock sales with MET cooperation and DBSR.
• Engage with store staff to build customer rapport and relationships.
• Plan weekly schedule and report activity using CRM and Call Reporting.
• Resolve issues promptly and provide management feedback.
