Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow assigned accounts across the Central region, focused on Oklahoma City. You will partner with the sales team to drive revenue, develop customer relationships, and meet quotas, with extensive travel and on-site customer engagements.

The role requires 3+ years of direct sales experience (building products preferred), strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while

Qualifications

• 3 years proven direct sales experience, preferably in building products industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Experience with sales planning, budgeting and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows established accounts across the Central region.
• Service existing accounts, obtain sales orders and establish new accounts.
• Lead generation and follow-up; prepare proposals and presentations.
• Travel with heavy field workload (up to 50%+).
• Submit weekly sales reports and forecasts.
