Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Sales Representative in Jacksonville, FL to drive short- and long-term revenue growth through targeted prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling within a defined Division area. You will collaborate with Sales Managers and internal teams to secure new contracts and extend existing ones for solid waste and recyclables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven sales/marketing/business development experience in waste services or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Develops maximum sales in the defined territory.
• Partner with regional/corporate sales on market and sales planning.
• Meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales.
• Match Waste Pro services to client needs and respond to RFPs.
• Build and maintain a strong customer base through visits and calls.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
