Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive to identify leads, prospect, and sell a full suite of waste and recycling services across assigned markets. You will meet with clients, deliver presentations, and close profitable business, including total waste stream management solutions where appropriate.

The role requires experience in sales, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of the waste or service sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct selling in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable leads and acquire new profitable commercial and industrial business.
• Build long-term relationships to retain customers and loyalty.
• Respond to leads quickly and document next steps in Salesforce.
• Deliver sales presentations and close deals with decision-makers.
• Schedule cold calls and set appointments with key contacts.
• Understand market trends to anticipate customer needs and propose solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of services and pricing to grow profitable revenue.
• Complete required agreements and reports in a timely manner.
