Job summary

Republic Services Territory Executive role seeks a dynamic sales professional to identify leads, prospect new business and sell the full suite of waste and recycling services in assigned non-metropolitan markets across Tennessee.

You will meet with decision makers, deliver compelling presentations and close deals that expand our total waste stream management solutions. A valid driver’s license and prior B2B sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
• Waste or service industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identifies viable leads, manages prospects and acquires new profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
• Follows up on leads within 2 hours and records next steps in Salesforce.
• Prepares and delivers sales presentations to new and existing clients and closes sales.
• Maintains customer relationships and seeks additional services to grow revenue.
• Remains aware of market trends and maintains knowledge of pricing structures.
